1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use SpritzReader.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

• SpritzReader is offered on a subscription basis
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

4. Refunds

Refunds are available within 7 days of the initial subscription purchase. After this period, all payments are non-refundable.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload.

By uploading content, you grant SpritzReader a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, and store your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

You represent that you have all rights necessary to upload the content and that it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal activities
• Upload infringing, harmful, or malicious content
• Attempt to disrupt or abuse the service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Service Availability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpritzReader shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
